How long does a custom project take?

Most projects move from first conversation to permit-ready documents in 6–10 weeks, depending on complexity. A single-container cabin sits at the shorter end. A multi-structure barndominium compound sits at the longer end. We'll give you a realistic timeline after the discovery call — and we stick to it.

What exactly do I receive at the end?

A complete set of custom architectural plans, exterior elevations, floor plans, 3D renders, material specifications, and construction documentation. Everything your builder and local council need to approve and break ground.

What if I have land but no clear vision yet?

That's exactly where most of our best projects start. The discovery phase is designed for this — we analyse your site, discuss how you want to live, and develop a design direction together. You don't need to arrive with a blueprint. Just a piece of land and a sense of what matters to you.
